Hilton Grand Vacations at Borgo Alle Vigne

We’ve recently returned from a trip to Tuscany and the new Hilton Grand Vacations at Borgo Alle Vigne project is looking great, so we wanted to share the progress with you.

The last few months have marked positive steps in construction on the site, with active works taking shape everyday to bring the development to life. From what was merely a plot of land last year, Hilton Grand Vacations at Borgo Alle Vigne has now transformed to showcase the structure of the first 2 residences.

The new year brought an unusual cold front to the Tuscan region, a rarity in the area. This led to a set back in construction as the pouring of the concrete was delayed. In turn this meant that construction was running 3 weeks behind the construction schedule, however advancements were made in the weeks to follow, enabling a great deal of the delay to be recovered.

Now construction is slightly ahead of schedule and improving day on day. Residence A is in fact past level 2 and interior works have begun on Residence E, which will reveal the show apartment later in the summer.

Best International to attend Fractional Summit in London

England Captain, Andrew Strauss, Ambassador of Freedom Bay

We’re delighted that Andrew Strauss will be launching one of our projects, Freedom Bay having recently become an ambassador for the project.

The England Captain was quoted in a recent article in the Telegraph, stating that he was fond of Barbados, however the privacy and unspoilt setting of St Lucia sold him in. A place where he could relax in peace with his family was the priority. He commented ‘ The setting could hardly be better, while the people are among the friendliest in the Caribbean,” says Strauss, who is an ambassador for Freedom Bay.
